This brand-new hotel is cool with incredibly helpful staff. Well-appointed new-fashioned rooms, they are provided with a large bed, a big balcony, the irons.

The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. All the staff were wonderfully helpful. The breakfast was amazing with pastries and panoramic views. The location was perfect, just walking distance from Plaza Serrano Square.

The sound from the hallways and adjacent rooms was noticeable, which could be slightly inconvenient. The price may be a bit high compared to other cities, but the quality and location make up for it.

All of the staff was pleasant and excellent. There were climate control and multi-channel TV in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The food was great with a wide array of alternatives.

we had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was magnificent, just a short walk to public transport like buses and the local train from Palermo station. It only took us 5 minutes to get to Retiro main train station and a museum from there. The hotel was clean and enjoyable.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, bars, cool shops, and convenient public transport options.

This place has a great location, perfect for exploring the city! I loved the fantastic room service and car hire, which made my stay even more comfortable. The friendly staff provided an excellent shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities, including the air conditioning and stunning terrace made my stay truly special. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant area was outstanding, and the staff gave excellent service.

Secondly, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized bed and a clean bathroom. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly loved the large balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view of the surroundings. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

One small area that could be improved was the air conditioning in one of the rooms. It didn't cool enough for the warmer weather, which was a bit disappointing.
